User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; YComp 5.0.2.6) Build Identifier: Mozilla-win-32-1.2.1 I installed Norton systemworks then I started haveing this problem. When I try to login I get an error message that mozzila caused a invalid page fault in module sofokn3.dll at 019f:61f634do this happens every time. I had to use win.explorer to do this. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.load norton systemworks 2.enter password enter user name and password on any page 3.the get error messge and mozilla closes Actual Results: Mozilla closes Expected Results: login to site I'm sure Norton caused this to happen but win. explorer still works so shouldn't Mozilla

Please upgrade to 1.4 or 1.5a. You appear to use Mozilla 1.2.1 which is too old.

Mozilla 1.2.1 is too old, upgrade to at least 1.4 (1.5a would be better) and reopen if it is still crashing. Marking as INVALID for now.
