http://doctor.mozilla.org/ said I needed to submit a bug, so here I am.

I've been helping with Bugzilla for a couple years now. Bob Clary from Tech
Evangelism should be able to vouch for me, I hope.

Hacking link on mozilla.org? That is the first step in the process.

I can vouch for Frankie's involvement with Tech Evangelism. He has been an
active and productive member of the evangelism community and one I appreciate
very much. 

I do not know of Frankie's knowledge of CVS or the procedures involved in
updating the www.mozilla.org web site however. I would like to work with Frankie
to determine the scope of what type of updates to www.mozilla.org he intends to
work on and to verify his knowledge of CVS and the procedures and styles to be used.

Frankie was unable to arrange a time where I could discuss CVS or the process of
updating www.mozilla.org. If he still wishes me to vouch for him, he can arrange
a time where we can meet and we can go over what he wants to do, how he intends
to do it etc. Considering the changing nature of the www.mozilla.org web site
and the mozilla.org organization, I would like to be conservative in how I vouch
for CVS access to www.mozilla.org.

Apologies for my late reply. I've been really busy; not much time for Bugzilla.

There were some old web pages on mozilla.org that I wanted to help rewrite, but
with all the redesigns they might not even exist any more.

I am going to close out this bug. If/when Frankie is ready to reapply he can
open a new bug.
