User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5a) Gecko/20030624 Mozilla Firebird/0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030818 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+

I am sitting on a campus LAN behind a http proxy that requires user
authentication. Mozilla Firebird connects to the proxy, but fails to
authenticate me. Used to work in earlier nightlies, also tried deleting the
stored password and trying afresh. But Mozilla Firebird doesn't even prompt for
the password!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the browser, from a computer on a private LAN with http proxy
2. Try to browse some external site that requires proxy authentication

Actual Results:
Mozilla Firebird connects to the proxy, but fails to authenticate me.

Expected Results:
It should use the stored proxy password, or prompt for one and then authenticate
me with the http proxy.
