There should be an item in the Firebird preferences to enable/disable the
automatic image resizing feature, or at least change its behavior, like is
suggested in bug #197263.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Load an image larger than the window.
Actual Results:  
Image resizes to fit the window.

Expected Results:  
Depending on the checked pref, the image should fit or not fit the window.
It does in current nightlies in the Advanced pane.
