To reproduce:
1. Open URL
2. Enter zip code and go through "Get Your Quote" process
3. Reach "Coverage" information tab with "get my qoute>>" button at the bottom
4. Pressing that button has no effect
The button refers to
javascript:Submit("/QuoteBuilder/quoteresults/quotesummarydetails.asp");

I looked at the website to find a suitable ZIP-code, entered some fake data,
including a faked mail address, went through about 5 pages, to get no result.
It seems this website needs cookies and/or popups unblocked, maybe also for
third-party servers. I certainly don´t want to go through this again,
as I don´t know how to enter reasonable data, i.e. mileage and usage suitable to
the age and type of the car and driver.
