Strange ... after a reload it's ok.
Comment 2•21 years ago

Reload seems to make it work, but clearing the cache makes it appear again.

I think this demonstrates the same problem as the URL (but I'm not sure)
Comment 4•21 years ago

It seems to only occur within a table...
Component: Layout → Layout: Tables
Keywords: testcase
Summary: Header for page works on IE 5 but not on MOZILLA (header is scrambled on MOZILLA) - pretty sure I haven't got IE5 specific HTML. → <img width="100%" height="100%"> changes size on Reload

There are two frames on the site, the lower is drawn first, and then the top
frame is drawn, as it would fill the whole available window, incliding the area
of the lower frame. That gives the distortion.
You can test it, without clearing the cache.
Simply start Mozilla, load this bug in a tab, load the URL in another tab, focus
the top frame, right click, This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab, and voila.
If you switch between the two tabs, you see nearly the same part of the top frame.
1. start browser
2. load http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=216868
3. load http://www.doggrel.co.uk/ in a tab
4. load http://www.btinternet.com/~logical/top.htm in another tab
5. compare top frame from 3. with same area from 4.

Loading the top frame in its own tab has nothing to do with this problem.
It really should look like that in its own tab.

I can't reproduce the problem in SeaMonkey 2006120701 on Linux, so this
was fixed even before the reflow branch landing.
It seems to have been fixed somewhere in this range:
2005-10-15-05 -- 2005-10-30-05
