I don't know what it all means. For what it is worth I have Googlebar and
preference bar loaded.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Browser
2.Open preferences
3.Go to Languages/content
4.Observe the result

Actual Results:  
Get what I outlined above

Expected Results:  
Get panel displaying installed language packs

This looks like a bug in one of your addons (=invalid bug) !
Do you get this without this addons ?

I have the same things running in M1.4 which works fine. I did not check to see
if the problem was there before I installed the adons. It is possible that they
are not updated for M1.5b. I'll check More later.

Reloaded M1.5b works fine now. Must be one of the addons per comment i
