Details

Most fields on the bug entry form get pre-filled from URL parameters of the same
name, but the "Depends On" and "Blocks" (depends_on and blocked) fields don't. 
They should.
I used the fact that blocked DOES get filled from a URL parameter in my 
solution to bug 81642 (and a check of enter_bug.cgi tells me that it is also so 
for depends_on).

This looks to have been fixed in bug 220998 but not acknowledged or recorded 
here. Regardless, this one should be resolved and closed, as it is no longer an 
issue.
