When windows loads when I first turn on my computer, it brings up an error
message straight away saying "mozilla has created an error in <unknown>. Mozilla
will now close.
 then, when I can eventually open Mozilla to access the internet, it brings up
another error message saying "unknown illegal character" then lots of symbols
(letters with hyphens above, new line tabs, etc)
