1. e.g. in Local Folders, create a new folder
2. Click on it and delete it -> moves to trash
3. Expand trash (click [+]), click recently deleted folder in trash, delete it
4. Note that the [+]/[-] icon is still left next to the trash icon and can be
used, but naturally has no effect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. e.g. in Local Folders, create a new folder
2. Click on it and delete it -> moves to trash
3. Expand trash (click [+]), click recently deleted folder in trash, delete it
4. Note that the [+]/[-] icon is still left next to the trash icon and can be
used, but 
Actual Results:  
[+]/[-] icon isn't removed

Expected Results:  
[+]/[-] icon should be removed
Still present in Mozilla 1.5b
IMHO dupe of Bug 161452 (or Bug 73827 and all the other dupes). This was fixed
in 1.5 final.
