The bonsai installation has no data.

Yeah, bonsai works, unless it is supposed to be available at that URL. When bugzilla and stuff were being moved, they worked from http://mecha.mozilla.org/webtools/(tool) but those don't work now so I assume it isn't intended to work from that URL.
It works from http://mecha.mozilla.org/bonsai but isn't guaranteed to. That URL should not be relied upon.
