When you select a collapsed preference category, (on the + or on the title) it
expands. When you close a preference category, if a subcategory is selected, the
selection moves to its parent category. This leads to if a subcategory is
selected and its parent category is closed, the category becomes selected and
reopens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a preference category
2. Select a subcategory
3. Close the category
