Open http://www.trondheimvenstre.no/ in Mozilla. The images are displayed above 
the text. The page is nearly valid HTML code, and it renders OK in MSIE and 
Opera, but not in Mozilla and konqueror.

The rendering is off for me as well (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0;
en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624).  However, a quick run through the W3 HTML
validator shows the page is not "nearly valid HTML code" - there is no doctype
declaration!  

I suspect this is an issue for tech evangelism.

The particular issue here comes from the fact that any length in the css file
had a space between the value and the units, ie. "8 px". I can't remember
offhand what the spec says about this, but the CSS validator was marking it
wrong (over, and over, and over) so I'm guessing it's invalid.

wow that stylesheet is _so_ full of errors.

1. don't put color values in quotes
2. don't insert a space before the unit

if those changes are made, the page renders fine

Try this one. I removed all the errors from
<http://www.trondheimvenstre.no/stil.css>, and ran it through the validator.
There is still lots of warnings (for CSS 2), but I think you can safely ignore
them.

I haven't tested this stylesheet, so let us know if it works !

Thank you for your good and quick help!

I tested the attachment locally, and it seems to render nearly correctly, at 
least better (and better than Opera's try with the broken version).

Seems like I forgot to validate the CSS, and I thought the valid HTML rendered 
unstandard with MSIE (and Opera tried to imitate that behavior).

I am not the webmaster, so I've notified him.

I'm always willing to help my fellow citizens. Although I don't vote for
"Venstre" ;)

If it doesn't render completely correct, I'm sure it's no problem to fix it. If
you think this bug has outlived it's usefulness, please resolve it as WORKSFORME
(since it was not a Mozilla problem).
