Works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030827 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+ Please try installing into a new directory and creating a new profile, using the MozillaFirebird.exe -p switch, and report your results here
WFM Please check for any folders or bookmarks without names, as this will break parsing of folders for this dialog.

When I click "Bookmark this page" it adds a bookmark to the root of "Bookmarks Menu" without giving me the option of picking a different folder. That menu, the one with the last 3(?) used folders, doesn't open (it used to). And using CTRL-D again, or clicking the "Edit this Bookmark" star does nothing. I'm using Firefox 40.0.2 on Windows 7 64bit.
