Access to this site is mandatory for open university students. Some of the messages sent to students are only reported in this site. Site URL is http://telem.openu.ac.il Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter the given URL with Mozilla Actual Results: A message pops up stating the site can only be viewed with IE. Some of the functionality in the site actually works, but some major functionality doesn't (see for example the link in the main page to previous semesters). Expected Results: Display the page correctly
