21717 - Contents of Folder Pane in 3-pane Disappear

Using today's build (Build ID 1999121408), running IMAP on Win NT 4.

The contents of the folder pane in the 3-pane view of messenger disappear,
except for the top level name of the selected mail account. Note if you close
then re-open the selected mail account, the subfolders are redrawn.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Seamonkey Mail (Tasks | Mail)
2. Select a mail account
3. Select Inbox for mail account selected in Step 2
4. Supply password for account if needed.
5. Select a folder other than the Inbox that contains messages.
6. Select a message header in the thread pane from the folder selected in Step 5.

Result: Message contends are displayed in message pane. However, all folders in
the folder pane disappear. The only remaining item in the folder pane is the top
level account name for the selected mail account.
