1.Write a new mail
2.Contacts.
3.Select a address and add it.
4.Use the bottom arrow of the scroll bar.

Actual Results:  
This dupplicates the last address added.

Expected Results:  
Not to dupplicate the last address added.
Way wrong component.  reassigning to mscott
