217190 - I cann't start the software.

After I clicked the icon to try to start it,it just do a flash on the screen 
for 2 seconds. then the software can't start so that i cann't see anything on 
the screen.
the error message is "cann't find OLEAUT32.DLL:77". I use chinese version W98SE.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click the icon of mozilla on the desktop
2.the first screen of mozilla software just display 2  seconds on my monitor
3.after it cann't start. I cann't see anything happened on the screen.
4.then the message error is"mozilla cann't find OLEAUT32.DLL:77"

Actual Results:  
the error message displaied.then software interrupted.

Expected Results:  
I am tired up of IE. Therefore, I want to change to another one. then i find 
Mozilla 1.4 on the internet.
I really want it work perproly to instead of IE and Outlook Expree.
I am using chinses versin w98se. So far I just installed the w98 system and 
drivers and sympatico high speed manager software.
I don't know what's happen because I use firebird 0.6.1 on my anther computer 
which has same w98 system, but it can work well on that coomputer.
