When there's a IRC-folder in the toolbar Links, when trying to change a links
properties the folder  jams to expanded mode (it is like collapsed but the
button is down, and when choosing the button with the right-click, it says
"collapse" at the normal place of "expand". 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose the irc-named folder. 
2. choosing any of the links in the folder with right-click
3. Choosing Properties from the link menu
4. clicking ok
5. It's reproduced, at least at my firebird. It also was in the mozilla 1.4 if i
remember correclty. 

Actual Results:  
the folder button stays down, just like id the folder would beexpanded but it's
not. 

Expected Results:  
I think it should collapse the folder.
