Clicking on a button in a popup window causes a page fault in Win95.

- open http://www.browsertune.com/bt2kfull/popupok.htm
- click the button to test popup
- popup window appears
- clicking the close window button at the bottom of the popup causes a page
fault which is repeatable on my system:

MOZILLA caused an invalid page fault in
module GKHTML.DLL at 0137:6022a8a8.

Closing the window with the close button in the window header exits the window
without crashing.

I looked at the popup window code in both mozilla and NS4.08, mozilla displays
extra characters in the html code that are showing up as empty squares in the
view source window. I'm uncertain if this is part of the problem.

After more testing...if I click the form button after opening and closing a view
source window, the error does not occur.
