[See bug 21728 for related information about the menuitems loading about:bloat
multiple times.]

I tried the QA -> Bloat: Dump New Stats menu item and it seemed to work the
first time. But the second time it displayed the first document again. I could
see it trying to call NS_NewTypicalInputFileStream in nsAboutBloat.cpp with the
right file spec, but somehow, the wrong file was displayed. I need to
investigate further, but it could be a file spec bug, or a file transport bug.

This was all done with this morning's build: 12/14/99.
Target Milestone: M13
Target Milestone: M13 → M15
Moving non-essential, non-beta2 and performance-related bugs to M17.
Target Milestone: M15 → M17
Target Milestone: M17 → M18
I don't think this bug is valid anymore. Although, about:bloat is currently
broke until the fix for bug #40997 is checked it.
Depends on: 40997
