had this report come in over the webmaster alias.... Was not sure who to send this mail to so, I sent it to you. I use Mozilla as my regular browser and was looking at the above page. I wanted to view the video tour (of Kelly and Bill) but the link didn't work, due to a backward slash in the url. However viewed in IE the link works perfectly. Is it possible for you to recreate this error, and is it something to do with Mozilla? Or is it a programming anomaly with the Microsoft site what a funky url.... http://www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/connected/\smallbusiness\connected\video\default.asp which it looks like we convert to: http://www.microsoft.com/smallbusiness/connected/%5Csmallbusiness%5Cconnected%5Cvideo%5Cdefault.asp
