User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.0.3705) Build Identifier: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/ When I attempt to start Mozilla Firebird, nothing happens. However, when I check Windows task manager, nothing appears under the applications tab, but MozillaFirebird.exe does appear under the processes tab, using both memory and CPU time. attempts to re-install and re-download have produced the same results. Mozilla worked for 2 weeks-then stopped. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. click on the shortcut for Mozilla Firebird 2. CLick on the Mozilla Firebird application in the Mozilla folder 3. Actual Results: nothing Expected Results: Loaded a browser window Modem settings: BCM V.92 56k modem Port speed: 115200 Data Protocol: Standard EC Compression: Dissabled Flow control: None Computes specifications: Dell Demension 2300 1.8 ghz Celeron 768 mb ram Windows XP home edition
Have you tried it with a new profile? Run mozillafirebird.exe with the -p switch and create a new one. Then report back here.
This could be bug 205129 at work Reporter, please try a recent nightly build and test again. Thanks!
