There are no index entries from L-Z. Search for an item from this set ('popups')
returned a list of terms (blocking popups; popup preferences) but no help text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open help contents
2. Select Index
3. Scroll down to letter L,
4. Notice that it is a blank
Actual Results:  
There was still no index entries from L-Z or text associated to search items
containing indexed terms beginning with these letters.

Expected Results:  
Dig up the missing text and add it to help.
