been getting this in the recent nightlies. when I enter "about:" in the adress
field, the about page will look like (see attachment):

%brandDTD; ]>  Asa,
&brandShortName; &version;
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030826 Mozilla
Firebird/0.6.1+ 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type "about:" in your adress field
2. hit enter :)
3. look at the page :D

Actual Results:  
the about page opens with 
"%brandDTD; ]>  Asa,
&brandShortName; &version;"

Expected Results:  
the about page opens with
"Mozilla Firebird 0.6.1+"

Confirming, except that in my case it happens on one computer but not on another
computer.  Both use same OS (Win ME), same releases of FB, and sometimes same
profile.

the "Asa" that was removed has been there for a long time - I don't see that it
can have been the cause (although I'm sure it wasn't supposed to be there)

this looks like a dupe of bug 216417 filed against Seamonkey. (fyi... I still
can't reproduce in either firebuild or mozilla trunk boulds on OS X)

dupe.
