It seems that Mozilla 1.4 for OS/2 does not work at OS/2 version 
ver/r
The Operating System/2 Version is 4.00
Revision 9.032
Even when I copy working mozilla dir from another computer to the same disk and
directory - it  run about 5 sec and silent exit. Popup log is clear.
