Details

This URL consistently causes a "500 internal server error" on mecha, and the summary of this bug is what appears in the error log. Not sure if this happened on mothra as well.
Hmm, looks like a case-sensitivity issue that has now been fixed on mozillazine, which was the referrer for those requests: http://www.mozillazine.org/rd/mzbg/ Resolving invalid, although geez, seems awfully strict to require these to be case-sensitive.
