I changed my bugzilla email address, but the Watched Bugs link at the bottome of
the pages references the old user.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create account
2.  Change address
3.  Click "Watched Bugs" link

Actual Results:  
Invalid Username
 The name mozilla@spamfree.porterfield.net is not a valid username. Either you
misspelled it, or the person has not registered for a Bugzilla account.

Expected Results:  
Display my watched bugs based on my new username.
There is no "Watched Bugs" link provided by Bugzilla by default.  If you have
one, you created it.  You'll need to edit the query and correct it.  (create it
again then save it with the same name)
