IE 5.5/6.0 and Safari render the page properly.

Mozilla, Firebird, and Galeon all have problems rendering the page, however,
accomplish it better than Netscape Communicator 4.8

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla-Firebird
2. go to http://www.nexcom.com/0330/nexweb/weben/ObjView.aspx?ObjID=Prod*10000012
3. wait for page to load

Actual Results:  
the middle section of the page where the content should be is missing.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the page with the content.
<DIV id="DivXML" style="OVERFLOW: visible; WIDTH: 100%; HEIGHT: 8px"
ms_positioning="FlowLayout">


Page looks fine if I remove "HEIGHT: 8px",  but this shouldn't be necessary
since the overflow should be visible.  This is a known problem.
