The leftmost button in the Navigation toolbar should extend to the edge of the
screen so the user can slam his or her mouse against the edge of the screen and
still be able to activate the control.  This is especially true when Firebird is
in full-screen mode:  the user should be able to slam the upper-left corner with
the mouse and catch the "Back" button (or whatever control is leftmost on the
Navigation toolbar).
