Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030826 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030826 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+ The "About Mozilla Firebird" has a clickable link to "copyright and contributor information" that opens a new Firebird window with "about:" in the URL bar. Once that window opens, you can't alt-tab to the previous window. Since the dialog box is modal, it remains on top of the previous window. Also you can no longer click the OK button ... the mouse pointer changes to a "hand" like on a clickable URL, and the "close" button in the window of the dialog box also does not work. Best thing would be to have the dialog box go away when the new window is opened, since the user's attention is now completely focussed on what is essentially a browser window with web content in it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch Firebird 2. Click on Help->About Mozilla Firebird 3. Click on the "Copyright and contributor information" link 4. From the newly opened window, alt-tab to the old window Actual Results: You are presented with the About dialog box again, but this time it does not respond to anything. Expected Results: The OK button on the dialog box should still be functional, and the dialog box should go away on pressing OK. Better still, the dialog box should go away on clicking the link.
