Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030825 Mozilla Firebird/0.6.1+

When a frame has an src attribute wich points to a non-existing page, it cannot
be referenced in a target attribute using its name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a frameset with two frames named "fr_left" and "fr_right". The right
frame shound have an src attribute that points to a non-existing page.
2. Create a page on the left frame with a link to an existing page and
target="fr_right".
3. Open the frameset and click on the link.

I will post an attachment with all these files.

Actual Results:
Nothing happened.

Expected Results:
The page should open in the right frame.
Summary: frame looses its name if src points to non-existing page → frame loses its name if src points to non-existing page
