User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 When you drag and drop a URL containing foreign characters, all foreign characters are dropped, when you drop the URl from the address bar and drop it onto the Favorites page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open http://linux.ru 2. Drag and drop the URL icon from the the address bar to the Favorites folder Actual Results: The URL that has been added to the Favorites list, will not contain any foreign characters - they will be omitted. When you do the same test using IE6.0, the URL will contain the foreign characters. Expected Results: All URL characters should be saved, including the foreign characters.
