The local folders directory changed to "D:\MAILBOX", I created some folder under
"Local Folders" and then store some mail into such folder. When I start Mozilla
next time, all mail and folders I create have been lost. Then I go to check the
directory "D:\MAILBOX", everything lost and only remain some default file
generated by "Mozilla Mail".

I try other test now. I recreate some folder and store some mail in it. Then I
make a backup of "D:\MAILBOX". After I restart Mozilla Mail, everything lost
again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change "Local Directory" of "Local Folders" to "D:\MAILBOX"
2.create some folders under "Local Directory".
3.move some mail into such folders.
4.close Mail.
5.start Mail next time, all created folders and mail under "Local Directory" lost.
6.the Mail seems slow and displaying "Opening Folder".

Actual Results:
all mail and created folders under "Local Folders" lost

I don't know what's going on here. Are you creating these folders and moving
these messages with Mozilla, or outside of Mozilla?
