Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20030306 Camino/0.7
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.0.1) Gecko/20030306 Camino/0.7
&sup1 does not properly display in camino. its appearance is way too small.
to get it to appear "normally," of readable size, one must fiddle with its font
size.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. anywhere that accepts html tags, type in ¹ for use as a footnote.
2. view your html page.
3. i created a test page called test.html with the following code.
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
here is the body.
here is the superscript test.
text &sup1;
</body>
</html>
4. I viewed it in Camino (version stated above; it did not display properly);
Safari 1.0 (v85) (it displayed properly); Mac IE 5.2.2 (5010.1) (it did not
display properly in this version, but Microsoft is no longer updating/supporting
it); and Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.1106 for Windows (it displayed properly).
Actual Results:
The superscript appears very small, almost illegible, in Camino.
Expected Results:
Make the superscript appear larger. See if any other html entities are
affected; i.e., check and test that other html entities display properly. If
there is a problem with &sup1; there may be a problem with other html entities.

Sorry,
(1) subject should have stated:
html superscript does not properly display ¹
( I left off the ; )
(2) under Steps to Reproduce, Step #1 should have stated:
1. anywhere that accepts html tags, type in ¹ for use as a footnote
( I left off the ; )
(3) For the OS version I am using, it didn't allow me to specify, but I am using
Mac OS X 10.2.
