After clicking on the "about mozilla firebird" menu item followed by the
"Copyright and contriubutor information" link the bookmarks in the spawned
window do not respond. Bookmark toolbar and Bookmarks menu clicks are ignored.
The buttons on the toolbar are recieving the signal (they do press down) but no
action is taken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click Help->About mozilla firebird
2.Click "Copyright and contriubutor information"
3.Click on one of the bookmarks

Actual Results:  
Buttons click but page stays thesame

Expected Results:  
The page changes to the desired one

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
