In the page at http://www.kasuto.net/index.php and any other with coloured
scrollbars and borders, the colours don't change from default like they should.
This is a CSS setting that works in other browsers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.kasuto.net/index.php
2. wait for page to load
3. view results
Actual Results:
The scrollbar was default coloured instead of yellow/black, and the borders of
items within the page were not yellow like they should be.
Expected Results:
Shown the colours

Haven't looked at the borders, but colored scrollbars is Microsoft-proprietary
CSS that is non-standard and not supported by Mozilla. There's already a bug
open somewhere about potentially adding support for it.

Mozilla renders as Firebird, so not a Firebird bug.
