SSL SMTP using port 465 and not STARTTLS one, is still not able to use on
mozilla 1.5beta.

I know this issue is already mentioned on KNOWN ISSUES for mozilla 1.4 and later.
but it's not mentioned in version 1.5beta, so it should be able to used by now.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. change smtp port to 465
2. ssl always
3. send email

Actual Results:  
always connecting on sending process

No, a bug isn't fixed only because it isn't mentioned in the know issues
(anymore). A bug is fixed because it's bug has been marked as fixed!

It could be the former text in the release notes has been removed because it was
wrong and misleading (SMTP over SMTP issue wasn't bug 98399 but bug 135357).
Or it has been removed because the author thinks the bug has been fixed (what is
ture for first but not the latter).

This bug is nevertheless wrong here.
