When playing a video clip in Real Audio, the Real Audio buttons appear on top of
the Navigator buttons at top (Back, Forward, Reload, etc.). When I move my mouse
over these buttons, they change locations.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to:
http://www.foxnews.com/video2/player.htm?3456&Bomb%20Detonates%2C%20Killing%20Delivery%20Man&wvx-56
2. Watch page load and buttons appear in the wrong location
3.

Actual Results:  
Buttons are scrambled

Expected Results:  
Buttons and window should show in the correct location.
