Why Mozilla can't remember my Email password, such as The BAT? I must enter my
password every time, when i try to get my mail.

Try turning on password manager in prefs -> privacy & security -> passwords. 
Close this bug as worksforme if that solves your problem.  If not, provide a
stepwise reproducible testcase.

You must enable the password manager in the prefernces and you should ahve a
checkbox in the dialog.
