Unable to view Download Manager at all.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla.app
2.Select 'Tools->Download Manager'
Actual Results:
Application terminates after DM frame outline displays ever so briefly ; no
TalkBack triggered.
Expected Results:
Displayed Download Manager.

Confirming on build 2003082903 on Mac OS 10.1.5.
Paul, what version of Mac OS are you on?
No talkback or crash log, however when Mozilla crashes I'll see this in the Console:
dyld: /Applications/Mozilla.app/Contents/MacOS/mozilla-bin Undefined symbols:
/Applications/Mozilla.app/Contents/MacOS/components/libimgicon.dylib undefined
reference to _GetIconRefFromFile expected to be defined in ApplicationServices
