Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030902
Firebird/0.6.1+

Multiple clicks "Icon Size" checkbox on toolbar customize palette makes toolbar
buttons (icons) to small after restart of firebird.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla Firebird.
(Make sure that the toolbar icons are small.)
2. Click View-Toolbars-Customize...
3. *Un* -check "Use Small Icons" checkbox. (small -> large)
4. *Re* -check "Use Small Icons" checkbox. (large -> small)
5. *Un* -check "Use Small Icons" checkbox. (small -> large)
6. Click "Done" button, and File-Exit to exit.
7. Start Mozilla Firebird again.
Actual Results:  
Toolbars icons of Mozilla Firebird are small

Expected Results:  
Should be larger one per step.5

If you start with large icons, click twice on "Use Small Icons" check box and
restart also make firebird icons to small.
