218334 - Folder name concatenated to IMAP server directory incorrectly

Suppose IMAP  server directory is given as "X". Opening folder "Y" gives error
for non-existant folder "XY". A workaround is to explicitly specify "X/" as the
IMAP  server directory to get the correct "X/Y".

This has happened since upgrading from Moz 1.1 to 1.5b.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Ensure IMAP server has directory specified without final /
2. open a folder (except inbox)
3.

Actual Results:  
error message saying SELECTed folder can't be located

Expected Results:  
Insert / after server directory if necessary before adding folder name
