218356 - Create a New Attachment do not work with Opera browser

User-Agent:       Opera/7.11 (Windows 98; U)  [de]
Build Identifier: Bugzilla Version 2.16rc2

If I make a attachment in the page http://bugzilla.abisource.com with 
Opera(Vers.:6.04/7.01 German, win98), I get a error message
"You did not specify a file to attach", MS-IExplorer works right.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a exist bug: http://bugzilla.abisource.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3225
2.click link "Create a New Attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)"
3.lodin with password
4.enter valid file name with full path d:\screenshot.png
  select PNG image and press "SUBMIT"
Actual Results:  
error message "You did not specify a file to attach"

Did you by any chance have to log in again after submitting the attachment
before you got the error?

You are right, 
Step 5: once again login after press "Submit"
Result page:
   No File Specified 
   "You did not specify a file to attach."
   Please press Back and try again. 

Is there perhaps a Opera Bug?

Yeah, you either have cookies disabled, or a Opera has a bug preventing the
cookie from being sent when you upload a file...
