the document shown has more info to it than the blue bars you see. if you scroll
to the left you will see ...

nothing because the scrollbar does not work. It just sits over the complete width.




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the URL
2. Scroll to left/right
3.



Expected Results:  
At least The bottom scrollbar should work, i'll have to fix my own code not to
use <pre> so much.

The HTML uses tables in tables, what might be the cause of this, i have not
tries using a single table to reproduce.
