<pre> formatting with long lines in tables messes up bottom scrollbar funcioning

It just sits over the complete width. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the URL 2. Scroll to left/right 3. Expected Results: At least The bottom scrollbar should work, i'll have to fix my own code not to use <pre> so much. The HTML uses tables in tables, what might be the cause of this, i have not tries using a single table to reproduce.
