when saving this online page to local disc (Ctrl+S), the resulting page have a
deformed layout multiplying the banner (3 banners stacked appears instead of
only one)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch the page http://cgchannel.com/news/viewfeature.jsp?newsid=1850
2. save this online page to local disc

Actual Results:  
the resulting page's layout is deformed (3 banners instead of 1)

Expected Results:  
save the page without modifications
