Details

This was mentioned in a comment in bug 9942 but looked seperate enough for its
own bug.

Summary: after collapsing one or more headers in the message pane and selecting
a new message the new message should be displayed with headers in a collapsed
state.

Currently if you collapse a header in the message pane and then select a new
message, the new message is displayed with expanded header.
