Details

Seamonkey client build no. is 1999111520 on Windows 98.
In the customize window, the customize panel button does not do anything.

1. Enable sidebar in your browser
2. Go to the customize popup by clicking on the link
3.Click on the customize panel link

RESULT:

It is broken
Looks like a duplicate of bug #21061.
