If you read your sent items and you have enabled allways request a read receipt,
and Ask me what to do when some one sends requests a Read Receipt it then it
asks you if you would like to send one
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Request a read receipt on all sent items
2. ensure Tunderbird asks you what to do on request of a receipt
3. open an Item in your Sent Items Folder (this is on a IMAP server btw)
Actual Results:
asks you if you wnat to send a Read Receipt (for somthing that you sent)
Expected Results:
not asked you to send a read receipt for somthing you sent

this needs dup'ed. I think it goes against mozilla mailnews and was fixed recently.

There's a problem with multiple identities and return receipts, so it isn't
fixed in some cases. (I reported this and is the bug #257406) but nobody has
confirmed it yet...
