After downloading the .pdf brochure about MorphOS from this URL, the scroll bar
(only in that particular browser tab) locks/freezes up. However, you can still
scroll up and down by using the arrow buttons on your keyboard (just not by
handling the scroll bar with the mouse).

Quite likely a duplicate of bug # 215127.

Also seen using 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.5b) Gecko/20030909
Firebird/0.6.1+  
on Windows 2000 5.00.2195 SP4 upon popup for cookie accept/deny for page in
another tab of Firebird.
